I hold a BS in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh and spent over 7 years training SaaS sales teams, building onboarding programs, and coaching early-career reps to close confidently and communicate clearly. But in early 2024, I hit a wall. Burnt out, I found myself on the other side of the equation—applying, interviewing, doubting, waiting.

Like so many job seekers, I heard it was a “terrible market.” And some days, I believed it.

My turning point? I decided to approach my job hunt the same way I’d taught sellers to approach a new client.
